Amalienborg Travel Poster 

  

The project was to create a travel poster to one of the places you have visited.  We narrowed it down to Amalienborg, Denmark. We went with Amalienborg because we saw the opportunity to add Fredrick's Church.

We got ideas from these posters and how we wanted to set up. We needed to look a Swiss trypography to get the feel for what the font should look like.

The thumbnails helped us get the general idea of what we wanted to do. 

We had a different design  in mind but the colors were so vastly different we couldn't get them anywhere near to seem like the same picture. So we went with the design above. This new design gave us the ability 

The hardest part if this projects was matching the colors with the pictures. Also we had trouble using all the space on the top. We were planning to add some clouds to the space that wasn't being used but it made the picture seem like it was realistic because the picture is bright and the clouds would make it dark.
